ABOUT ME:
Hi, I’m Iza, a down-to-earth, trauma-informed, and multi-racial/multicultural Canadian Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CCC, MA). I have been a therapist in Shanghai for the past three years and have worked in the Mental Health field for 7 years.
I genuinely care about the people I work with and am deeply passionate about empowering my clients to reach their full potential. My approach supports individuals in discovering, strengthening, and using their own voice and inner wisdom to navigate healing, growth, and transformation. Whether you are seeking support for anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or simply a desire for personal growth, our sessions will be tailored to your specific needs.
I have worked with a multitude of individuals from many walks of life, and have been grateful to walk alongside them through their counselling journey. A motto I embrace is that I am a human first, therapist second. When I am not working, I can be found with my partner, Jon, and our two cats, attending Pilates classes, traveling, hanging out with friends, and reading.
